You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds, prorated credits, or refunds for unused time within a billing cycle will be issued.

Technical issues, bugs, errors, or temporary access problems do not entitle users to a refund, credit, or compensation unless required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for betting losses, failed bets, bookmaker decisions, account restrictions, odds changes, staking choices, or any other financial losses you may incur while using or after using Predigoal.

No refund, credit, or compensation will be issued for losses arising from your betting decisions, reliance on AI-generated analyses, match outcomes, data interpretation, or any other use of the service. You assume all financial risk associated with your betting activity.

No refunds will be issued for data loss, service interruptions, downtime, bugs, errors, delayed analyses, unavailable fixtures, unavailable leagues, or any other technical issue with the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, continuous feature availability, data preservation, or that every match, league, or prediction will be available at all times.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims and to seek recovery of resulting losses, including administrative fees, legal costs, and damages.
