These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Predigoal, including our website, AI-powered football analysis, match predictions, subscription features, support tools, and related services.

By using Predigoal, creating an account, starting a checkout, or accessing any paid feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Predigoal is operated by Predigoal LLC. References to "Predigoal," "we," "us," and "our" mean Predigoal LLC.

Predigoal is designed for football fans and users of all experience levels. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Predigoal with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws related to betting, gambling, online payments, and digital services. Predigoal does not make betting lawful in any location where it is restricted or prohibited.

Predigoal provides football information, statistical analysis, AI-generated insights, probabilities, and predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Predigoal is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, financial adviser, or investment adviser. We do not accept wagers, place bets for users, guarantee outcomes, or promise profits.

Any betting, fantasy sports, or financial decision you make is your own decision and your own risk. Past results, model outputs, probabilities, confidence scores, or suggested insights do not guarantee future match outcomes.

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity resulted from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

Paid access, subscriptions, memberships, and checkout flows may be handled by third-party payment and membership providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with any additional checkout terms presented by those providers.

Prices, plan features, currencies, and billing periods may change from time to time. If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the checkout provider's cancellation process.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are final and refunds are not provided for unused time, match outcomes, betting losses, or dissatisfaction with a prediction.

You agree not to misuse Predigoal or interfere with the service, including by scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, abusing free limits, attempting unauthorized access, using automated systems without permission, or using the service for unlawful activity.

You also agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Predigoal's analysis, data, design, software, or content without our written permission.

If you submit messages, support requests, prompts, URLs, creator information, agreement details, or other content to Predigoal, you grant us the rights needed to process that content, provide the service, troubleshoot issues, protect users, and improve Predigoal.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Predigoal and its software, interface, branding, design, analysis formats, generated reports, and other content are owned by Predigoal LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Predigoal for your personal, lawful use.

Predigoal relies on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, support, AI processing, error monitoring, and football or odds data. These services may change over time.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, sportsbooks, data providers, payment processors, or services that we do not control. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that Predigoal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every fixture, league, market, country, or device.

We may change these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page or provide another reasonable notice.

Predigoal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not warrant that predictions, probabilities, AI outputs, data, or analysis will be correct, profitable, complete, timely, or suitable for your specific goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predigoal LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, betting losses, data loss, goodwill loss, or service interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Predigoal will not exceed the amount you paid to Predigoal for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100 if you did not pay for the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Predigoal if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for Predigoal or other users, abused payments or chargebacks, or used the service unlawfully.

You may stop using Predigoal at any time. Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which Predigoal LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If a court or authority finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
