• Billing and membership information, such as checkout status, subscription status, purchase history, product access, payment metadata, and chargeback or refund information. Full payment card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored directly by Predigoal.

• Prediction, chat, and support content, such as match searches, selected teams, fixture URLs, AI chat messages, support messages, troubleshooting details, creator agreement submissions, and files or text you submit to us.

• Whop for login, membership access, checkout, payment-related workflows, subscription status, webhooks, and affiliate tracking.
• Vercel and Next.js hosting infrastructure for website hosting, edge middleware, deployment, performance, and request logs.
• Amplitude for product analytics, event tracking, usage measurement, and product improvement.
• Google Analytics for website analytics, page views, traffic measurement, and usage reporting.
• Microsoft Clarity for analytics, heatmaps, session insights, and product usability analysis.
• Sentry for error monitoring, performance diagnostics, logging, and crash reports.
• Crisp for customer support chat and support communications.
• OpenAI, OpenRouter, and similar AI model providers for AI-generated analysis, chat responses, translations, ranking, and text processing.
• Football and odds data providers such as API-Football, The Odds API, Sportmonks, and similar providers for fixture data, team data, league data, odds data, standings, injuries, and match context.
